Yes, I'm finally back after a months ban from blogspot due to Chinese government web filters.I CAN ramble all day about little insugnificant instances which happened while I was away but I wouldn't want to bore you...
So...
Instead of tell you everything, I should just break down the highlights.
I have no idea whether you'd be interested in me babbling on about something whcih has to relation to you. Do i care? no. It's my blog.
If you don't care, stop reading, close the window. Have some common sense.
Okay, so here it goes.
On one fated day (the 29th) in December during the year 2009, I flew to Guangzhou, China. How long did it take? 9 hours of simple boredom and claustrophobic attacks of the dreaded economy class seats. Not to mention crappy food. If the airlines are reading this (which I doubt), I beg you to revise the seating plans of the economy class. I don't believe that they've realised that in this world, there are tall people who can't afford business class. Appropriate leg room would a great improvement to your plans.
Back to the story
Stayed in Guang Zhou for one night before flying for another 2 hours to China's capital, Beijing.
sight we saw? Great wall, Tienanmen square and others which i cannot be bothered to name. Beijing took a while to get used to. It was hard for me to take in the beauty of the sites when my arse was freezing and my mind kept wondering how long left till we would go back to our heated bus. For someone who comes from a rather hot country I think I survived the -16 degrees Celsius Beijing pretty well.
On our last two days in Beijing it finally snowed! Although it caused us to be stuck in the airport for over eight hours the snow was still beautiful and it was a great experience.
We arrived back in guang Zhou (thankfully) welcomed by warmer weather.
Adventures in Guangzhou? I'll save it for another story since i can't be bothered to type any more.
